Very popular double bar collar buckle, a clear choice for class products. Beautiful finish and a strong prong will keep the material where it belongs. The buckle has two center bars, one for the prong and the second for webbing or leather strap attachment. The elongated part doubles as a keeper. The edges are nicely rounded, and the slightly bent form makes it eminently suitable for making collars. We recommend to combine it with a D-ring #4520/10 BK.
Center bar spacing parameter (material clearance): This value indicates the space between the center bar and the prong. Although our measurements already include a small technical allowance for movement, we recommend not pushing it too tight. To keep the buckle working smoothly and comfortably, give the prong a little extra room.
Our tip: If your strap is 4 mm thick at the bend, choose a version with 4.3 mm spacing to be on the safe side.
